Projetable decompression chamber
Pioneering for over 60 years
in the mastery of compression and decompression of hyperbaric workers,
COMEX has been designing recompression chambers for divers since the beginning of its journey to support its deep diving activities. Throughout its history, COMEX has developed a whole range of chambers in various sizes to meet a wide variety of needs.
COMEX Chambers – New Generation
In recent years, COMEX has progressively evolved its mobile chambers with the constant goal of increasing the comfort of operators and patients while maintaining impeccable safety standards. To the fully manual control system, options for semi-automatic or fully automatic control have been added. This modularity has been enhanced with the possibility of integrating the chambers into self-contained containers equipped with an air production and storage system.
When our current range of chambers and their options do not fully meet our clients’ needs, the COMEX design office develops a tailored variant. This diversity of choices and flexibility is highly appreciated by our clients.
As a result, in recent years, COMEX has secured several contracts for mobile chambers installed on ships, trucks, or housed in containers. Among our most recent clients for these types of chambers is the French Navy, which equips its new ships with our latest range of chambers. The Navy also relies on COMEX for the operational maintenance of all its historic onboard chambers, ensuring a service with an impeccable reputation.
With over 60 years of technical expertise, a wide range of chambers and options, great flexibility in meeting requests, and a turnkey rental offer, these are the strengths of COMEX’s offerings.
The development of our mobile installations is carried out in compliance with the CE Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and the CODAP code.
