Description of the equipment:
The hyperbaric hood is a CE-marked reusable Medical Device for adults and children, designed to deliver pure oxygen, hyperoxygenated mixtures, or air for hyperbaric oxygen therapy applications. The two-part design allows the staff to quickly and safely remove the hood from the neck seal without having to manipulate the lines (supply, exhaust, access).
The integrated locking system serves as a safety device, enabling the hood and neck seals to separate at pressures exceeding 40 mbar.
The detachable hood is made of transparent, medical-grade, phthalate-free vinyl, providing unmatched visual quality. The reusable neck seal has been designed as the core of the system, featuring conveniently located gas supply and exhaust ports, as well as a versatile access port. Its large opening allows easy placement on the patient’s head, regardless of their size.
